We can’t wait to welcome you into The Mae Studio!

The Mae Studio is available Monday to Sunday for hourly, half-day, and full-day rentals to accommodate your creative needs.

  • Hourly Bookings – $125 + HST / hour
    (Minimum 1 hour required)

  • Half-Day Bookings
    Book 4 or more consecutive hours and receive a 10% discount on your total booking.

  • Full-Day Bookings
    Book the full day and receive a 15% discount on your total booking.

DO:

  • Remove all outdoor shoes at the door.

  • Include setup and cleanup time within your booking.

  • Upload a valid government-issued ID at the time of booking.

  • Read and agree to the full Studio Policies.

DON’T:

  • Don’t exceed your booked time. Late departures will be charged.

  • No glitter, confetti, smoke bombs, open flames, or aerosols.

  • No loud music or disruptive noise. Be mindful of our neighbours.

FAQs

  • All bookings are done online through our booking calendar. Select your date and time, complete the form, upload your ID, and submit payment to confirm your reservation.

  • Your booking time starts and ends as scheduled, regardless of your arrival time. We recommend arriving right on time. Unfortunately, we’re not able to extend bookings due to late arrivals.

  • Cancellations made more than 72 hours in advance will receive a full refund. Cancellations within 72 hours are non-refundable. Rescheduling is possible once, with at least 48 hours' notice.

  • Please arrive at your scheduled time. Setup, shooting, and cleanup must all be done within your booked window.

  • At this time, pets are not permitted in the studio unless previously approved for special shoots. Please reach out in advance if you’d like to request an exception.

  • Free street parking is available directly on Copper Creek Drive. If spots are full, you’ll also find free parking on the surrounding streets. Please make sure to check and follow all posted parking signs.

    Please allow a few extra minutes to find a spot, especially during busier times.

  • Absolutely! You're welcome to bring any personal or brand-specific props that support your vision. We ask that anything brought in does not damage the studio space or walls, and that all items are removed at the end of your session.

  • Yes. We kindly ask all guests to leave the space as they found it. Please tidy up, return props and furniture to their original spots, and dispose of any waste before you leave.

  • Yes! The Mae Studio is fully accessible. The space has no stairs, and a layout that accommodates wheelchairs, strollers, and mobility devices with ease. We also have a fully accessible washroom on-site.
